How Does the partnership work?
50/50 Partnership
- We provide 50% of CAPEX to get the bar operational and share in the net profit return.
- As part of our initial investment, we handle the refurbishment, turning your bar into a Granddad’s Bar. In addition, we supply your initial spirits stock, provide staff training, and design/print menus.
- Marketing, administration, payroll, HR, compliance, and lease negotiations, are all managed by us as part of the ongoing licensing fee.
- You’ll also gain access to our exclusive takeaway bottle sales system.
