Granddad Jack's Craft Distilleryis the Gold Coast's first and only craftGin, Vodka, Whiskey & Liqueurdistillery located just two minutes walk from North Burleigh beach.
We have proudly won over 100 international and national prestigious awards for our spirits and distillery bars since opening in August 2018 and invite you to join us on a distillery tour or casual visit of our distillery bar and tasting room to try for yourself.
Production is on full show to visitors and tours are available over the weekend. We host a private distillery experience each week where you can make your own bottle of gin and enjoy an evening sipping and making gin with our Head Distiller.
We're family-friendly, dog friendly and within walking distance of some amazing local breweries & eateries, so you can make a day of it when you visit our Gold Coast distillery and bar.

Terms and Conditions for Complimentary Gin & Tonic Offer.
Eligibility: This offer is valid for customers aged 18 years and older. Proof of age may be required.
Offer Redemption: The offer entitles the bearer to one complimentary gin and tonic at Granddad’s Bar Newcastle. The flyer must be presented in person at the bar to redeem the offer.
One per Person: Only one complimentary gin and tonic per customer. The offer is limited to one flyer redemption per person during the promotional period.
Validity: The offer is valid until the end of March 2025.
In-Store Only: This offer is only redeemable at Granddad’s Bar Newcastle at 515 Hunter St, Newcastle and cannot be used for online purchases or delivery orders.
Non-Transferable: The card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
Limited Availability: The offer is subject to availability. Granddad’s Bar Newcastle reserves the right to refuse service if the gin and tonic is unavailable.
