This guided distillery tour will introduce you to the gin-making process and the Gold Coast’s thriving craft spirit culture.

You will be introduced to the history of Granddad Jack, the processes involved in making our beloved spirits, and given a behind-the-scenes tour of our family-owned distillery.

Absolutely! We offer special arrangements for large groups and private events. Please contact us directly to organise your bespoke tour experience.

Can I purchase spirits during or after the tour?

Yes! Our distillery includes a bottle shop where you can purchase all of our products, including limited releases and exclusive merchandise.

Is parking available at the distillery?

We have limited on-site parking, but there is ample street parking out the front. We encourage visitors to consider rideshare services if planning to enjoy tastings.

Can dietary restrictions or allergies be accommodated during tastings?

We aim to accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies where possible. Please advise us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to assist.

Are your premises wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our distillery and tasting area are wheelchair accessible. We strive to ensure all guests can comfortably enjoy the experience.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

We understand plans change. Tours can be rescheduled or cancelled with a full refund if notified at least 48 hours in advance. Check each individual tour terms and conditions for specific details or contact our team directly for assistance.
